About Me

I create digital user experiences that get results for clients while making things clear and intuitive for users.

I’m an ideator, an activator, and a communicator. In all my work — creative studio co-owner, UX affiliate instructor, & faith-based non-profit leadership — what I truly love to do is propel others forward by equipping them.

In 2019 I cofounded Grindstone, merging with another web designer in order to serve our clients with excellence in visual design, user experience, brand positioning, and search engine presence.

Since 2017 I’ve been an interactive media and UX affiliate instructor at Bradley University, where I created the two web design courses taught on campus.

I read a lot, play guitar and other stringed instruments, dabble in street photography, and travel as often as I can. I live in an old house in Peoria, Illinois with my wife, three children, and a dog that’s too smart for his own good.
